Getting those records meant navigating an antiquated legacy portal or waiting on manual mail distribution, one request at a time. There was no self-service way to retrieve, export, or schedule the records compliance teams needed on demand.

Approach

We replaced the legacy portal with a modern cloud application built around self-service document retrieval, so facilities can pull their own manifests whenever compliance requires it. Automated export scheduling and pickup calendars removed the manual, one-off requests entirely. A reporting suite rounds out the system, giving facilities and their compliance teams a complete view of their waste disposal history.
